All communication with your designer is made through the client portal. This way you only need to worry about one place to keep track of your designs.

Each time there is a change to one of your requests you will be notified via email. In that email there will be a link that will take you to your client portal. From here you can continue to give feedback, request changes and of course approve your designs.

Can I call my designer?

No. All communication is made through the client portal. However, an efficient way to communicate your feedback is by recording and sending a short Loom video. Video is an easy and clear way to communicate a message. Not used Loom before? It's free.
