Here at No Code By Design we do our best to make sure your design requests are completed in a timely fashion. To do this we need to be well rested and raring to go each morning!
All of our team members work 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday. We don't work weekends, no matter what the emergency... we hope you don't either 🙂
When it comes to vacation time, everyone has a right to rest. If your designer is scheduled to take time off, we'll ensure you have a designer at your disposal until they return. This means there is zero down time in your design production.
Outside of that, the only days we are all "offline" are December 25th and Jan 1st.
