We know that from time to time an urgent request will pop up. We do our best to accommodate these situations.

If you need your designer to switch their attention from the current design request and work on another, here's what you need to do:

• Message your designer within the current design request asking them to stop what they're doing and move over to the new task. Please include the name of the new design request so they know which request you are referring to.
• They will place your current request in pause and begin work on the urgent request.
• Once the urgent request has been approved they will move back to the previously paused request.
