As soon as you've signed up to No Code By Design you can log into your client portal and make your first design request. Here's how to do it!

Login to your account

You can login to your client portal here. Once logged in you'll see an initial onboarding screen that will help you to get started. But for now we'll concentrate on submitting that all important first design request.

In the top right-hand corner and towards the bottom of the page you'll see a "Create Request" button. Click either of these to begin making your request.

Fill out your design request details

We keep our request form simple but open ended. This gives you the chance to be as detailed as possible. Remember, the devil is in the detail and the clearer the information you give here the better your designer can work.

We've found that video can be invaluable in conveying an idea. This is why we've included a section where you can link to a Loom video (or whichever platform you prefer). We ask that any videos last no longer than 5 minutes. Short, sweet and concise 🙂

Hit the submit button and sit back

Click the "Submit" button and your designer will be notified of your request. Once they've verified everything is as it should be they'll let you know and work will begin.

Your designer will deliver an initial draft within 1 to 2 business days (depending on the complexity of the request).

Once the draft is ready for feedback you'll be notified via email and in your client portal. From here it's over to you to give any potential revisions or whether the design is perfect as it is!

Don't forget, your designer will work until your 100% happy.

Once you approve the request your designer will move on to the next item in your request queue.
