Unlimited design requests for a fixed fee does indeed sound awesome. But what do we mean by this? Unlimited is impossible, right?
Here's the skinny...
No Code By Design will only ever charge you a fixed fee. Regardless of how many design requests you make or how many assets we deliver or even how many revisions your designer undertakes. You will always pay the same amount. Pretty nice, right?
But let's dig into this a little...
Once you've created an account with us you'll have access to your personal client portal. Here you can queue up as many design requests as you like. There's no limit.
Your request queue will look something like this.
Your designer will work through your queue in order of submission, starting with the oldest request first. Once a design has been submitted for your review and finally approved, they will move on to the next item in the queue.
Your designer won't begin the next request until the current one is approved. This means timely communication and feedback is required to keep your queue moving 😉.
Typically an initial draft of your request will be delivered in 1 to 2 business days. This does depend on the complexity of your request. Designing a simple Facebook banner isn't the same as designing a landing page.
Regardless of your request, we will always keep you informed of the state of your active requests (these are requests that are actively being worked on).
Your designer will work on one request from your queue at a time. This means you need to be responsive with your feedback. The sooner we hear back from you, either with revisions or to approve a design, the sooner your designer can move on to your next task.
